Services and Fees

  • WheelWorksService will exercise reasonable skill and care in performing bicycle repair and maintenance services.
  • The customer will pay the agreed fee for services as set out in the service order.
  • Invoices are due within 21 days and WheelWorksService reserves the right to withhold the bicycle until fees are paid.

Parts and Warranties

  • All replacement parts provided by WheelWorksService will be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
  • Labor and workmanship carried out by WheelWorksService is guaranteed for 3 months from the service date.
  • The warranty is subject to the bicycle being maintained properly and not subject to misuse, damage, or neglect.

Customer Responsibilities

  • The customer is responsible for removing any personal items from the bicycle prior to service.
  • The customer must collect the bicycle within 14 days of being notified it is ready, or storage fees may apply.
  • The customer is responsible for ensuring appropriate insurance is in place to cover the bicycle while in WheelWorksService's possession.

Liability

  • WheelWorksService will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, only for the cost of the service itself.
  • WheelWorksService is not liable for defects or damage caused by fair wear and tear, improper use, or the customer's continued use after a fault developed.
By engaging WheelWorksService, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions. The full terms can be provided upon request.
