Services and Fees

WheelWorksService will exercise reasonable skill and care in performing bicycle repair and maintenance services.

The customer will pay the agreed fee for services as set out in the service order.

Invoices are due within 21 days and WheelWorksService reserves the right to withhold the bicycle until fees are paid.
Parts and Warranties

All replacement parts provided by WheelWorksService will be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Labor and workmanship carried out by WheelWorksService is guaranteed for 3 months from the service date.

The warranty is subject to the bicycle being maintained properly and not subject to misuse, damage, or neglect.
Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for removing any personal items from the bicycle prior to service.

The customer must collect the bicycle within 14 days of being notified it is ready, or storage fees may apply.

The customer is responsible for ensuring appropriate insurance is in place to cover the bicycle while in WheelWorksService's possession.
Liability

WheelWorksService will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, only for the cost of the service itself.

WheelWorksService is not liable for defects or damage caused by fair wear and tear, improper use, or the customer's continued use after a fault developed.
By engaging WheelWorksService, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions. The full terms can be provided upon request.
